1.Many of us think that more we exercise/cycling/running or spinning ,more we lose. But the fact is spending numerous hours in cycling or running can adversely affect your metabolism thereby decreasing the amount of muscle you have.
2. Eating good proteins and fresh vegetables in every meal provide your body ample amino acid and fibre keep you satiated for long hours and reduces chances of nibbling on biscuit, namkeen, chips and all.
3. Make sure that you are drinking sufficient water. People often mistake thirst for hunger. Keeping yourself hydrated is a must.
4. If you really want to feel active and healthy throughout the day, a good sleep during night is a must. This is because good sleep helps recollect energy for next day activities.

Skip the excuses. Wake up early so that you don’t end up running late.Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It fills you with energy and stabilise glucose levels. Skipping breakfast can slow down your metabolism and produce harmful acids in the body which leads to acid reflex and acidity.
You get ready in the dark- let the sunshine in! Breathing in morning oxygen is good for your body. open your curtains and let in some fresh air. Getting ready in the dark makes you weight gain as your body does not register the fact that it needs to enhance your metabolism rate until it experiences some sunlight.

Coconut smoothie with anti ageing benefits

1 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 large tomato, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 small red onion, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced crosswise
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
½ cup lettuce leave
PREPARATION
Whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper until sugar is dissolved, then add oil, Add remaining ingredients and toss until coated
