Beat the heat with this cooling salad and get your protein punch too

Recipe   serving 1
Ingredients
roasted paneer cubes 100gms( low fat)
peaches-4( cut into cubes)
Basil leaves 8-10
Roasted walnuts -4 crushed
(For dressing: lemon juice+honey 1tsp+sal and pepper)

Method: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and toss them well...
