In this time of Corona virus scare we need to Stay calm and at the same time be more careful and take all best possible precaution at individual level to stay safe from getting infections.
Small and necessary changes like avoiding public gatherings,Sanitizing hands frequently,wearing mask while out from home and eating food that will improve our immunity can help us to stay fit and healthy.
Make a decoction of ginger, tulsi ,turmeric and cloves,boil,reduce and drink 2 to 3 times a day.
Consume more Vitamin C rich food like orange,Amla,Hot Lime water can help in building our immunity.
