Corn salad

Corn -The golden superfood is a nutrition powerhouse,rich in dietary fibre and anti oxidants.Its good for skin, hair and eye.High content of potassium in it helps lower blood pressure. Insoluble fibre present in corn adds bulk to stool and may help prevent constipation. It also helps rid your body of toxins faster.

you can make interesting salads out of corn to enjoy it in summer.

Corn salad

Ingredients-

1 cup boiled corn

1 medium chopped tomato

1 chopped onion

1 cup chopped bell peppers

½ cup chopped cucumber

1 table spoon lime juice

2 chopped green chilies

salt to taste

¼ cup chopped coriander leaves

Method-  take a big bowl and  mix  corn , chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, green chili, lime juice, salt. Garnish the corn salad with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve.
