After week long or may be longer then a week parties for lot of 
people which started before Diwali, body needs a detox so that you can feel light and bright. so we have a detox tip for you.
start your day off on the right note by drinking some hot water with 
freshly squeezed lemon juice. Aside from giving the body a boost of 
vitamin C, hot water with lemon also helps to stimulate the digestive 
tract. Be sure to continue to drink water all throughout the
day—hydration is key to a healthy detox!
Through out the day eat lightly cooked meals in a smaller portion
then usual.Better if you can survive on lightly flavoured vegetable
soup for lunch and dinner.
