moong dal sprouts parantha

Moong dal sprouts are considered to be very healthy and can eat moong dal sprouts in this interesting way rather than having it in salad form.
Moong dal sprouts paratha
Moong dal sprouts (boiled) - 1/2 bowl
Potato (boiled and mashed)-1
Onion-1 small (chopped)
green chili-1 (chopped)
oil-2 tsp
Wheatflour-1 cup
Water-as required
Ajwain-1/4th tsp
Chat masala-1/4 tsp
Green coriander-1 tsp (chopped)
Salt-acc taste
Method- Soak moong dal over night. Drain water and keep it till germination. Boil it in pressure cooker and keep aside.Take boiled and mashed potato add onion,green chili,salt ,chat masala, coriander leaves in it and prepare smooth mixture. Take wheat flour in a bowl add ajwain and little salt into it. Prepare soft dough of wheat flour with help of water. Take a small portion of the dough, make a ball of it and dust it with dry flour. Now roll the dough ball into a flat disc of 3-4 inch with the help of a roller on a rolling board. Take 1 table spoon mixture of moong dal and put it over the rolled out parantha. Fold the parantha from all the corners and close it by pressing it with the hands. Dust the parantha and keep on pressing with hands to increase its size. Heat tawa on gas and put the parantha over it and roast it from both the sides and corners with little oil till it turns brown in color.
