Detoxification is vital to maximise the body's energy and to prevent chronic illness. Detoxification both maintains good health and promotes healing from illnesses.
Detox your body at least once a week.
Go on fruit and liquids like green tea ,coconut water.you can also  take home made vegetable soup and steamed vegetables.
If you have any medical condition take your doctor's advice before going for a Detox.
