Guilt Free Dessert to celebrate- paneer kheer

Desserts are the special attraction of all festive seasons and symbolises happiness.Desserts are normally high in calories,so a problem for weight watchers.This festive season celebrate with our guilt free dessert recipe and enjoy to the fullest keeping your wt. maintained.
Ingredients for 2 serving
low fat milk -500 ml
paneer grated-50 gms
1 apple- peeled and cut into small cubes
almonds- 4-5 sliced ( soaked and outer cover removed)
rose leaves-dried a handfull ( available at grocerries)
sugar free nautra.
Take milk in a saucepan and boil it.Add grated paneer , rose leaves,sugarfree natura and stir it until little thick.Add apple and nuts onced cooked and serve.
