Its the beginning of a new year,new goals ,new resolutions.As I am in health industry my goal and resolution comes to health.what I think about health is not mere absence of disease but its total health that is feeling good physically and mentally.
to feel good its very important to feel positive,right frame of mind takes you in a right direction.

A high level of bad cholesterol is alarming............keep a check


The level of bad cholesterol can be decreased by exercising and eating right food.Exercise will improve your metabolic profile. 30 mins brisk walk 7 days of a week will increase your good cholesterol level..keeping bad cholesterol at the bay...Avoid eating oily/ fatty foods, include green vegetables, fruits and a handful of nuts to improve your lipide profile.
