Protein and Beta carotene rich cutlet

Protein and Beta carotene rich cutlet to tingle your taste buds.
Serving- 2
Cooked Quinoa – 1/4 cup
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Oats – 1/4 cup
Boiled Potato – 2 medium
Grated beetroot – 1/4 medium size
Spinach – finely chopped 1/2 cup
Ginger – grated 1 tsp
Garlic – finely chopped
Green chilli finely cut 1-2
Salt – as per taste
Chopped coriander – 2 tsp finely chopped
Oil - 1 tsp
Mash potato and beetroot in a bowl. Now add all ingredients (except coriander) to potato and beetroot bowl and Mix well. Take 2 -3 Tbsp of the mixture, make round ball and flatten into disc. Refrigerate tikki for about 15 to 20 minute. Then grease the tikki with little oil and cook in air fryer. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with green chutney.
