Cooling exercise for summer.

Its important to exercise daily. But in summer no one likes going out and do strenuous exercise at gym and sweat. In that case we must look for some exercises that will keep ourselves cool and active as well.
Swimming is a healthy and wonderful exercise for summer. It’s not only cooling  and soothing for the body but also help in toning and strengthening body muscles. Early morning walk in park and evening strolls are both relaxing for the body and mind during this season. Also, in Ayurveda, shitli pranayama is recommended for instilling coolness, brightness and peacefulness in the body and mind.
