Luscious mango( ripe) salad recipe

Get set ready to fill you fruit basket with mangoes.Though mangoes are sweet we can't underestimate its nutritive value.Its rich in fibre,vitamins and minerals.We can still relish mangoes without disturbing our healthy regime.you can replace one of your meal with this interesting, delicious mango salad and enjoy this summer fruit without letting yourself down.
But, remember too much is harmful, small is always a treat!
INGREDIENTS for serving 2
1 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 large tomato, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 small red onion, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced crosswise
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
½ cup lettuce leave
PREPARATION
Whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper until sugar is dissolved, then add oil, Add remaining ingredients and toss until coated
