The human body is made up of five elements, also called panch bhoothas. These five elements are FIRE,EARTH,AIR,WATER,WOOD. Regular balancing of these five elements prevents from different chronic diseases such as diabetes,kidney failure,heart problems,arthritis,sinusitis,asthma,hormonal disorder and mental disorders etc.By regularly balancing the five elements in the body,one can live a harmonious life and realise full of energy.Slight modification in life style like meditation ,yoga and good eating habits help you to balance these five elements.
