Refreshing zucchini carrot coleslaw..try this

Zucchini and carrot coleslaw

2 cups shredded zuchini
1 cup shredded carrot
1/4rth cup low fat hungcurd dressing
1/2tsp brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Toss zucchini with carrot in a large bowl,stir in hungcurd dressing and sugar.Chill the coleslaw for 1 hour to blend the flavour,stir again and season with salt and pepper
