Increase Activity Level-If you want To Loose weight.

To create a calorie deficit that will help you lose weight, it’s critical that you increase your activity levels.
Find an activity that you enjoy, whether it be a sport ,dancing ,running or working out at the gym.
Even if you don’t exercise formally, try increasing the number of steps you take every day. It’s a simple way to burn more calories and get fit.
To lose weight, aim for a goal of 10,000 steps per day and reach that goal over a period of time.
Most importantly eat healthy and mindfully.

Open Toast Egg Sandwich

Egg toast has been the most popular and filling breakfast for many of us. It completes the protein- carb combination required at breakfast meal. Here is a nice version of egg and toast which you would love to eat.
Ingredients : For 1 serve
1 tbsp hung curd/ set curd
2-3 leeks, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp honey mustard
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
salt to taste
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1/4 cup arugula, baby variety
1/4 medium avocado, thinly sliced 
1 slice whole bread, toasted
1/2 small fresh radish,very thinly sliced
In a medium mixing bowl, combine hungcurd,leek, mustard, lemon juice and salt. Stir in chopped eggs.
Top the toast with arugula, slices of avocado and egg salad. Garnish with radish.

How essential is to maintain body PH balance !

Our Body normal PH is 7.4 which is slightly alkaline.And our cells function well and stay active at this PH only. Decreasing PH turns our body acidic and creates the ground for unwanted bacterial ,fungus growth in our body and hence illness.To store the excessive acid our body starts making more fat cells.calcium levels in our body also starts depleting leading tender bones and teeth. one of the manifestation is osteoporosis.

2 cup water
1 clove, whole
1 black pepper, whole
1/2 tsp. of ginger, grated/ 1 small piece mulethi
3 leaves of holy basil (or 1 tsp. of dried)
1 bay leaf
2-3 drops organic honey
1/2 tsp cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil
Add all the ingredients except ghee and honey in water and bring 2-3 boils, strain and add coconut oil and honey to it.Sip hot.
