Baby corn and broccoli recipe


Ingredients
• 1/2 teacup Capsicums (cut into big pieces)
• 1/2 teacup Onions (cut into big pieces) 
• 1 teacup Broccoli (cut into big pieces)
• 2 Baby Corn (each cut into 3 pcs and sliced diagonally)
• 1/4 teacup French Beans (parboiled)
• A few pieces zucchini (diagonally sliced)
• 1 tsp Garlic (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp tomato sauce
• 2 pinches Black Pepper
• 2 tsp Oil
• Salt (to taste
Direction
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and stir fry for a few seconds. Then add capsicums, onion, broccoli, baby corn, French beans and zucchini and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add black pepper, tomato sauce and salt. Cook for one minute

GRILLED SALAD

Are you getting bored of eating green salads? try this...
GRILLED SALAD
1 boiled egg sliced
1 tomato
5 pieces mushroom
1/2 of a medium carrot longitudinally sliced
roasted almonds 4-5 sliced
1/2 tsp green chilli garlic paste
1 /2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
chilli flakes(optional)
A lettuce
black salt a pinch
chat masala to taste
method
Mix green chilli garlic paste,lemon juice,chat masala and olive oil in a bowl. Marinade egg and vegetable in this mixture for 20 minutes. Then transfer them to a silver foil and grill .Remove egg first,then vegetables.Place each on lettuce bed,sprinkle roasted almonds and black salt,serve.

RAJMAH KEBABS recipe

Ingredients  serve :4pcs
1/2cup soaked and boiled rajmah (kidney beans) lightly mashed
1 tsp oil
1/2 medium sized onion chopped
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 tsp finely chopped green chilli
1/2 a medium size boiled potato (peeled and mashed)
2 tbsp chopped finely coriander
salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4rth tsp garam masala
1 tsp refined oil for cooking

Direction
Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add onions and sauté on a medium flame till they turn translucent. Add ginger and green chilli and sauté on a medium flame for another 30 seconds. Add the rajmah, potatoes, coriander, salt, turmeric powder and garam masala, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously. Keep aside to cool slightly.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into oval flat kebab.

Cook each kebab on a non-stick tava (griddle) using 2-3 drops of oil till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
