Ragi is a highly nutritious cereal loaded with calcium, proteins, iron and other minerals. It is rich in fibre that makes it a perfect food for every one.
Ragi flour-1/4th cup
Water- 2 cup
Jaggery-1 tbsp
Milk-1/2 cup
Almonds and walnut (chopped)-1 cup
Elaichi powder-1 pinch
Ghee-1 tsp
Method- Dry roast ragi flour for 2-3 minutes. Now allows it to cool. Take a bowl and add water in it. Make lump free paste.Take a skillet on a gas and add ghee in it. Now add ragi paste in it.Stir continuously .Add jaggery in it.When jaggery melts cook for a minute.Off the gas.Now mix elaichi powder,nuts and milk. Mix it properly and serve hot.
