What should be the right portion size of food ?

The right portion is when your stomach is not full .Stop before you have the feeling of fullness and food undergoes digestion easily.There is no justification that you are skipping one meal and eating double in the next meal.By doing this you are hampering your digestive system.So to keep your metabolism good you need to eat small frequent meals,providing proper time to digestion.
