EAT FIBRE TO LOWER BLOOD SUGAR/CHOLESTEROL LEVEL

Along with other nutrients our body also need fibre rich food that plays more of a mechanical role.It plays major role in boosting our health in following ways.
1. It helps regulate our sugar and lipid level.
2. Increasing the satiety value of a meal
3. making bowel movements easy
4.boosting gut microbes.
Lack of fibre can invite a host of health problems which can even pave the way for more serious issues. so make sure to eat fibre rich food everyday.
