Friends can either make your goal or break your goal !

We often come across people saying that due to social commitments we lose our focus on health goals.Its difficult to stick to the diet while you are out with friends and family.
We often get influenced by the eating habits of our peers and pals.
The best way to keep our health goal is to discuss with our friends and family about healthy eating habits and its benefits.
we must influence them with our right and healthy food choices rather than getting influenced by them.
you can try to insist them to go to food joints serving healthy food.
Ask them to eat junk food once a while as a treat.
