Power up your day

To kick start your day,your breakfast should be properly balanced with protein and healthy carbs.A healthy breakfast can provide that power to keep you energetic till the half day.Here is a healthy power punch breakfast with right balance of protein and carbs.
over night steel cut oats with quinoa
1 table spoon steel cut oat
1 table spoon quinoa
2-3 cup water
1/2 tsp cinnamon(optional)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp chia seeds

method- Boil water, add quinoa, steel cut oats, salt and cinnamon.
leave mixture overnight.Next morning reheat the mixture.
serve with your favourite toppings- fresh fruits and 1 tsp chia seeds.
