Is protein bar making you fat? let's find it out


Myth-replacing meals with protein bars help lose wt.
Fact: protein bars are loaded with sweetners (sugar in any form),preservatives,artificial colour and even oil and fats.so replacing meals with protein bars as the main source of food will inevitably lead to weight gain.Even from health point, its not a good option over healthy meal.
