Learn to say "No",when offer food at parties

we are social beings and there is always someone at party or social gathering forcing us to eat.Sometimes it gets so difficult to say "No" because we are being nice and sometime food is so tempting that we give in.Next day guilt kicks in when we climb on the weighing scale.Learn to say "No,thank you"which really help at that point of time, controlling your temptation for food or you can just take a small portion of what is offered to be nicer.
When we eat right its not only the weight that is maintained but also curb down the chances of having indigestion,acidity due to over eating.
