slow down aging with daily walk.

To be fitter and look young,diet and exercise must go hand in hand.you need not to compel yourself for something expensive.you can achieve this by simply introducing daily walk.It brings about the whole movement of the body.To start with go slow with a comfortable pace.once your body get habituated of it,you can turn it into 40 minutes brisk walk which will be definitely beneficial if you are not into any high intensity work outs.
