If you want your heart to stay healthy keep moving

It is common for people who's professions keep them walking, climbing stairs, or moving throughout the day to have better cardiovascular health than those who work out strenuously once a day, but remain sitting the rest of the time.
Try to incorporate movement throughout your day to increase cardiovascular health.
Be creative with wall pushups, take the stairs, intentionally park far away, and raise your arms over you head often to increase movements and health.
