Have a colourful meal 

The more variety of healthy fruits and veggies you consume, the greater protection from heart disease and cancer you will get.
It is the variety of many different nutrients that provide the body immunity to protect the body. To maximize health, consider consuming a wide variety of fruits and veggies, approaching or exceeding 5 to 6 servings daily.
