We all know that changes in season is  brought about by the revolution of earth around the sun....our mood also swings around the sun..as the seasonal cycles goes on and winter sets in,we don't get enough sunlight which is the ultimate source of energy to all and of course a mood enhancer too..SADness( seasonal affective disorder)which we feel in winters may be because of this reason also..To let go sadness,you need to expose yourself to the sun..let the sunlight touch you to activate parts of your brain producing mood enhancer hormones and make you feel more energetic and happy..........
