Ingredients serve :4pcs
1/2cup soaked and boiled rajmah (kidney
beans) lightly mashed
1 tsp oil
1/2 medium sized onion chopped
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 tsp finely chopped green chilli
1/2 a medium size boiled potato (peeled and mashed)
2 tbsp chopped finely coriander
salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4rth tsp garam masala
1 tsp refined oil for cooking
1 tsp oil

Direction
Heat the oil in a broad non-stick
pan, add onions and sauté on a medium flame till they turn translucent. Add
ginger and green chilli and sauté on a medium flame for another 30 seconds. Add
the rajmah, potatoes, coriander, salt, turmeric powder and garam masala, mix
well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
Keep aside to cool slightly.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal
portions and shape each portion into oval flat kebab.
Cook each kebab on a non-stick
tava (griddle) using 2-3 drops of oil till they turn golden brown in colour
from both the sides.
