& pepper to taste

Method
Soak the
soy chunks in water for about 15 mines. Chop coriander, onions, cucumber and
green chilies keep it aside. Take mixing bowl put veggies, soy chunks, Salt
& pepper and lemon juice. Toss all the ingredients together and serve
chilled garnish with mint sprig.
