Strawberry Rocket leaves salad with feta cheese

Ingredients:-

 Strawberry 6-7

Rocket Leaves- 150gm

Red and yellow bell pepper- ½ cup(cut into long strips)

Feta Cheese- 50 Gm

Almonds-6 sliced

Walnut- 2  

White Sesame Seeds- 1tsp

Dressing-

^{Extra Virgin olive Oil-1tsp}

^{Honey-1 tsp}

^{Balsamic Vinegar-1 Tsp}

^{Salt –Acc to taste}

Method:-

Wash Strawberries and Rocket Leaves Properly. Cut Strawberry into Small Pieces and tear Rocket Leaves Into two Pieces. Keep Aside. Now Toast the Walnut, Almonds and Sesame Seeds in A dry Skillet over medium to low heat.

Take a Big Bowl, Add rocket leaves, Strawberries, bellpeppers roasted almond and walnuts. In Another Bowl Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Honey, And Salt. Mix it properly and pour it over the salad. Now garnish with feta cheese and sprinkle white sesame seeds. Now salad is ready to serve.
