Ingredients
1 cup of quinoa
1 apple thinly sliced
1 tsp raisins
1 tsp cinnamon water
1 cup ofmilk
Sugar free to sweeten
Method
Boil 2 cup of water and add 1 cup quinoa to it. Reduce
heat,simmer for 5 minutes.add sliced apple cinnamon poder and raisin to it and
simmer until water is absorbred…serve with milk and sugar free..
