The change is the law of nature and is
inevitable. . One of the most noticeable differences as you age is the change
in your skin. With age there is decrease in body’s retention ability of water,
dryness and wrinkles begins to develop. Take following steps to keep your body
fit and youthful looking skin: -
1.Avoid foods, which are rich in acid and
sugar.
2.Limit the exposure to the sun especially during
11 AM to 3 PM.
3.Eat fruits and vegetables for natural sugar
and antioxidants.
4.Avoid alcohol.
5.Avoid smoking.
6.Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water daily.
7.Take sufficient sleep.
8. Take healthy and balanced diet.
9.Include nuts in your diet like almonds and
walnut.
